We do not yet have an exact launch date. Our development team is working on the new integration, and we will share updates as soon as timelines are confirmed.


3. What action will be required from our side?


Once the new integration is ready, you will need to add it to your account. We will provide step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process.


4. What will happen to the existing Parcelforce integration?


The current Parcelforce integration will stop working once the new solution is introduced, and you have migrated to it.


5. Will there be any service interruptions during the transition?


We aim to make the migration as smooth as possible. You will be notified in advance of any changes that may affect your shipping process.


6. How will I be kept informed?


We will send regular updates via email and in-app notifications as soon as new information is available.


7. Will the Parcelforce services automatically appear in my existing Royal Mail integration?


No, you will be required to add a separate integration to ship with Parcelforce.


8. Will my existing Parcelforce integration stop working in August?


No, your existing integration will keep working until we fully migrate all customers over to the new solution.
