Scenario


I tried adding or changing Service or Service settings in the Services window, but the "Finish" button is greyed out.


Solution 


The most common reason for the "Finish" button being greyed out is the presence of duplicate Service names in the Postal Services screen. Linnworks requires each Service name to be unique and you would need to follow these steps to check for and resolve any duplicates:


  1. Go to Shipping > Postal Services > this will open the list of all the Services you have added to different Shipping Integrations.

  2. Carefully review the list of Service names to locate any duplicates. To make it easier, you can click on the Service name header and this will sort Services in order, starting from symbols, then numbers, then letters in alphabetical order.


  3. If you find duplicate Service names, you have two options:

    - If the duplicate Service is no longer needed, you can delete it. To do so, click on the Service you wish to remove and hit the Delete button to the right.

    - If you need both Services, rename one to make it distinct. Double-click on the Service name and enter a new name.

  4. After resolving duplicate problems, return to the Services window in Shipping > Integrations > Services > and try adding or changing the Service or Service settings. The "Finish" button should now be active, allowing you to complete the changes.
