Scenario
I want to print a label for (New) DHL Parcel UK, but get the following error message:
dutiesPaid is invalid : dutiesPaid must be DDP for this product
Solution
The error message indicates that the Shipping Service in question has the incorrect Duty Paid Type chosen.
In order to fix the problem, go to Shipping > Integrations > Services > Edit Service > and choose Duties Paid Type as DDP:
Save changes and attempt to print the label once more.
