Starting from November 1, 2025, if the recipient's email address is missing, you will receive an error message when trying to print the shipping label.
To avoid getting error messages, make sure all international orders include a recipient email address. You can check this by going to Orders > Open Orders, clicking the Order ID, and reviewing the customer details.
To avoid checking each order manually, you can use the Rules Engine to flag orders missing an email. More details here.
Go to Orders > Rules Engine > Add New Rule. Set a condition to check if the “@” symbol is missing from the email address field. As an action, you can tag the order or move it to a specific folder for review:
If you have many orders missing recipient emails and do not want to update them manually, you can use the Missing Phone Number and Email app in the Apps section. More information is available here.
