Scenario


You are enrolled in the Amazon Easy Ship and/or Amazon Seller Flex program(s), have configured the channel and shipping integrations to download Amazon Easy Ship and/or Amazon Seller Flex orders into Linnworks, and would like to automatically assign the required shipping service to print Amazon labels.


Solution


The required Easy Ship and/or Seller Flex shipping service can be allocated through Rules Engine based on specific criteria.


If you are enrolled in both programs, you can configure a single rule to allocate the correct shipping service for both.


Pre-requisite: The Amazon Smart Connect shipping integration must be added to your account, and a shipping service linked to the integration.


Step 1 - Create a new rule


  1. Go to Orders > Rules Engine > +Add new rule
  2. Enter a name that reflects the rule's purpose


Step 2 - Add a condition for Amazon orders


  1. Add a condition to check Amazon orders only.
  2. Save the condition.


Step 3 - Add sub-conditions for the relevant Amazon program


  1. Click +Add new next to the Amazon source condition:
  2. Select Condition.
  3. Add a condition to check the Order identifier for the relevant program (e.g., Amazon Easy Ship):
  4. If you are enrolled in both programs, click +Add new under the EasyShip condition to check the Order identifier for the other program (Amazon Seller Flex).


Step 4 -  Add actions


  • For each sub-condition, click +Add new and select Action.
    • For Easy Ship orders → select the Amazon Easy Ship Auto Select service you created earlier
    • For Seller Flex orders → select the Amazon Seller Flex Auto Select service you created earlier  

Step 5 - Save the rule


  1. Review the setup to ensure the conditions and actions are correct.
  2. Click Save.
