Issue

Order status updates are not being sent from Linnworks to Virtualstock. Although the orders are being downloaded to Linnworks, they are not getting set as acknowledged/pending in Virtualstock. 

Solution

Depending on the retailer, Virtualstock requires specific sub-statuses to be configured and sent from Linnworks.

With the correct sub-status configuration, when an order comes into Linnworks, the system can correctly acknowledge the order and then mark it as pending/processing. This setup allows Linnworks to dispatch an order correctly, transitioning it from order status to shipped status. 

To ensure that sub-statuses are configured correctly:

1. In your Linnworks account, go to Settings > Channel Integration.
2. Find your Virtualstock channel integration and open the Configuration screen.
    
3. Scroll down to the Acknowledgment section and ensure the correct value is specified for the Sub-status.
