I do not want to download POS (Point-of-Sale) orders to Linnworks.


By default, Linnworks downloads all open orders. It is possible to avoid downloading POS orders to Linnworks by setting a certain configuration.

  1. Make sure the POS orders are auto-processed in your Shopify backend. Please find out how to set it up here.
  2. In Linnworks, navigate to Settings > Channel Integrations > Shopify and click the Edit Channel button. Ensure the Download processed orders setting is not selected in the Order section.
