Problem

I have tried printing a Parcelforce shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

Error: 011048101: InternationalInfo/Parcels/Parcel[1]/ContentDetails/ContentDetail[1]/TariffCode is mandatory for the service selected 

Solution

The error occurs due to some Order Item(s) missing the Tariff Code property. Please go to My Inventory > SKU > Extended Properties and add a corresponding tariff code property to an item. Required property name can be checked in Shipping > Integrations > Parcelforce > Properties.

If you need to update mora than 1 item with this property, please follow the guidelines here.

A default HS Code value can also be added to integration config via Shipping > Integrations > Parcelforce > Config > Default HS Tariff Code.
