Problem

I have tried printing a shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

Error: ZPL/EPL label formats cannot be printed to PDF. Please change label format to RAW in Shipping > Integrations > Printer

Solution

This error appears when you attempt to print the shipping label as PDF from Open Orders screen, but label format has been specified as ZPL/EPL, which are the formats that can be only printed via Virtual Printer.

You will need to go to Linnworks.net > Shipping > Integrations > Printer config and change the format to PDF or RAW to print the shipping label as PDF.
