Shipping - TNT: The request to ExpressConnect Shipping has failed

I have tried printing a TNT shipping label and am seeing an error returned:
The request to ExpressConnect Shipping has failed. Please contact your local service centre for further assistance; Division code is Mandatory in Request for V3.1 Request
Please review if the order has correct values in the shipping address fields. This error is usually returned when shipping address fields are incorrectly spelled. Most likely either town, postcode and/or region fields either have a dash or an extra symbol/character in their values. You can try to remove any extra spaces or dashes from those fields and print again.
In case the order is going to Ireland, you can try removing the postcode and checking if it prints then.
You can amend/check the Shipping Address in Linnworks.net > Orders > Open Orders screen, when you Edit the order.
