Shipping - Parcelforce: RecipientAddress/Postcode is not a valid postcode

I have tried printing a Parcelforce shipping label and am seeing an error returned:
RecipientAddress/Postcode is not a valid postcode
The error means the order's postal code is not valid. Please make sure a valid postcode is used: an online postcode validator/finder can be used. Amend the postcode manually via Edit order tab.
