Shipping - Parcelforce: Account is suspended error

I have tried printing a Parcelforce shipping label and am seeing an error returned:
This account is currently suspended, please contact your Account Manager.
The error is returned directly from Parcelforce, please contact Parcelforce to find out what might be wrong with your account.
