Problem

I have tried printing a Parcelforce shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

RecipientAddress/Town must be a string containing from 1 to 30 characters 

Solution

The error means the town field value is exceeding the limit of 30 characters, please amend the value manually via Edit order tab.
