Linnworks can keep track of payment methods that were used for orders on the marketplace and orders in Linnworks can automatically display the payment method that was selected on the channel. In order to set it up, you need to configure the payment method mapping for each sales channel. For full details on Payment Mapping, please see the respective documentation page here.



The Payment Mapping screen will only display the methods that you have already created in Linnworks.


Creating Payment Methods


  1. Go to Settings > General Settings > Order Settings > scroll down to Payment Methods.
  2. Click Add Payment Method > name the method > Accept.


You can also use the Make default button to mark a certain method as the default method to be used on any Direct orders that are created or any channel orders that do not have a payment method mapped in the Payment Mapping screen.
