Incompatible order statuses on the Shopify backend can be responsible for missing Shopify orders. In order for Linnworks to be able to download Shopify orders, the order status on Shopify should be Unfulfilled


  • If the statuses include Partially fulfilled, it would not be downloaded into Linnworks.
  • If the status is Partially refunded it will be parked with a note suggesting you may need to remove items that have been refunded by splitting the order.
