The most common reason for missing Shopify orders is an incompatible status of the order on Shopify backend. In order for Linnworks to be able to download Shopify orders, the order of status on Shopify should be Unfulfilled. If the statuses include e.g. Partially fulfilled or Partially refunded then it would not be downloaded into Linnworks.
