  1. Log into the admin area of your Shopify site
  2. Go to Apps > click Manage private apps
  3. Click Create a new private app and add an app name Linnworks in the App details section and the Emergency developer email (any email that you use).
  4. Move to Admin API section and make sure that the following permissions are defined:


  5. Click Save
  6. Use details from the Admin API (to integrate your channel in Linnworks.





These permissions are required for Linnworks to communicate with your website and are a likely to be the cause of missing orders.
