- Log into the admin area of your Shopify site
- Go to Apps > click Manage private apps
- Click Create a new private app and add an app name Linnworks in the App details section and the Emergency developer email (any email that you use).
- Move to Admin API section and make sure that the following permissions are defined:
- Click Save
- Use details from the Admin API (to integrate your channel in Linnworks.
These permissions are required for Linnworks to communicate with your website and are a likely to be the cause of missing orders.
