The most common reasons for missing Shopify orders: 

  1. Incorrect permissions on Shopify backend:
    Full details are available here. In short, you will need to log into the admin area of your Shopify site Apps > Manage private apps > Admin API section and make sure that the following permissions are defined:

  2. In order for Linnworks to be able to download Shopify orders, the status of the order on Shopify backend should be Unfulfilled. If the statuses include e.g. Partially fulfilled or Partially refunded then it would not be downloaded into Linnworks.
