If API settings are not properly configured on your Shopify channel, the orders will not be downloaded.


To check this, please proceed to Apps - Private Apps on Shopify back-end, open the API key that you have created earlier for Linnworks and ensure that the permissions list is set as such:



These permissions are required for Linnworks to communicate with your website and are a likely to be the cause of missing orders.
