If the item does not show the image - then this means that the primary image was not selected for that item.


The primary image can be set up in bulk, using the Inventory Import:

  • Please note that if the images are already uploaded - then in order to set the primary image in bulk (by re-importing the images) you will first need to delete the images, and then re-import them using the Primary option. Before deleting the images, please make sure that you have access to these images outside of Linnworks, so that you could upload them again. Here is a link on how to delete the images in bulk:
