Hello there

After switching to ebay managed payments last month the tax collected by ebay is not showing in Linnworks and hence invoices are incorrect for the following:

Australia

Norway

All EU countries (Ireland, Sweden, So far…. )

(Most likely New Zealand, but we have not had a sale yet)

However, the ebay collected tax is showing correctly for the United States.

We are not VAT registered and the tax collected for the UK is correct showing as none.

We looked at Channel Integration and have the following boxes ticked:

Use Channel Tax for USA/Canada site transactions:

Use Channel Tax for Australia site transactions:

Use Channel Tax for UK site transactions:

Use Channel Tax for EU site transactions:

We found unticking the " Use Channel Tax for Australia site transactions:” does not work either.

Anyone know of a solution? and no tick boxes for Norway or New Zealand??
