Linnworks with Big Commerce / Shopify / Other Hosted ecommerce services

We're planning to replace our Magento-based website and move to a hosted ecommerce such as Big Commerce or Shopify.
We want to ensure good inter-working with Linnworks.Net.
Does anyone have suggestions / comments as to which hosted ecommerce service they would recommend and/or experiences of integrating them with Linnworks ?
