I understand LInnworks are working on this development to bring in the VAT Number for amazon orders.Can this also be done for magento 2 orders?Our website allows EU customers to purchase products without VAT if they provide a valid VAT/Tax number. HMRC require the VAT Number to be present on the invoice which is supplied to the customer.We require the VAT Number the customer supplied on the order to be in linnworks so we can show it on invoice below the customer name and address.Currently the only way i see is to add it to the comments manually which defeats the object of an automated system.
