Thank you for your reply. I looked in your account and did not see any order id with label error on it.
Can you please go to Shipping > Integrations > click on Config for "Parcel2Go" > Then click on Reauthorize in the text "You can regenerate the Authentication token Parcel2Go by clicking Reauthorize your account through Parcel2Go."
This is reauthorize your Parcel2Go API keys.
