Send emails directly to customers from the order processed screen

Linnworks should be able to send emails to customers directly from the order processed screen. We often get customers asking us to send them invoices after the item has been dispatched.



It would be beneficial if we could send these invoices and other after sales emails to customers directly from processed orders.

We would like to be able to send email to customers after processing order, to enable them to encourage any feedback they might have.
Also being able to download a processed order would be helpful, we currently have to create an invoice manually
We are in the process of porting the current email functionality from Linnworks Desktop to Linnworks.net. Once this has been completed we can then look at potential enhancements such as emails from Processed Orders.

any info regarding this improvement, Linnworks??

It would be very useful if all emails from eBay and Amazons message centers came to one central point in Linnworks (similar to cloud commerce pro)  and could be answered from there directly back to the channel (and update buyer on LW at the same time)


Also email templates could then be used to answer repetitive questions
