Courier-specific options
Endicia
Endicia provides several options for age verification:
- Per Service
In Shipping > Integrations > Services > Edit > in the Additional Services, there is an option to tick Request Adult Signature or Adult Signature Restricted Delivery:
Request Adult Signature: Tick to request an adult signature on delivery.
Adult Signature Restricted Delivery: Tick to require the addressee to sign for the delivery to be 21 or older.
- Per Order/Item
In Shipping > Integrations > Properties > there is an option to use AdultSignature and AdultSignatureRestrictedDelivery properties either on the Item or Order level:
AdultSignature: The value should be TRUE if you want to request an adult signature on delivery of an item.
AdultSignatureRestrictedDelivery: The value should be TRUE if you want the addressee signing for the delivery to be 21 or older.
FedEx
FedEx provides an option to use as Item/Order Extended Property SignatureOptionType. In Shipping > Integrations > Properties > you can find the property in question and add it to Items/Orders with the following values:

Parcelforce
Parcelforce provides an option on the Service level to specify if age verification is required. The feature can be enabled only on Domestic Services in Shipping > Integrations > Services > Edit:
Royal Mail OBA and Tracked
Both integrations provide an option to use Shipping Services with age verification. If the Services are added to your Royal Mail account, they will appear in Shipping > Integrations > Services > Add:
