Issue
I need to move my existing FedEx services to the new (New) FedEx integration in Linnworks.
Background
FedEx is migrating from its legacy Web Services platform to the FedEx REST API. To ensure your FedEx shipping continues to work without interruption, you need to set up the new (New) FedEx integration in Linnworks and move your services across before 30 April 2026. After this date, the legacy FedEx integration will stop working and will be removed.
Rather than rebuilding everything from scratch, you can link your existing Linnworks postal services to the new integration, preserving your order routing and shipping rules.
Solution
1. Add (New) FedEx integration to your Linnworks account. Go to Shipping > Integrations > Add Integration > Click Integrate for the (New) FedEx:

2. Remove the old FedEx services.
Go to Shipping > Integrations > FedEx > Services. Click the bin icon next to each old service and confirm the removal. Removing a service only deletes the configuration, it does not affect historical order or shipping data.

3. Add services to the (New) FedEx integration.
Go to the Services tab under the new integration. Use the dropdown to select and add the FedEx service types you use (for example, FedEx Ground or FedEx Priority Overnight). Add each service you need before proceeding.

4. Link your existing Linnworks shipping services.
Click the link icon next to each newly added service and choose the matching entry from the list of unlinked Linnworks shipping services.

Linking ensures your existing order routing rules and channel mappings continue to work automatically - without this step, orders will not route to the new integration.
5. Review and configure each service's settings
Click Edit on each service and enable the options you require. Do not skip this step - missing configuration may cause label generation errors or shipments being processed without the correct settings.

6. Save all changes.
Confirm all settings are saved across both the service configuration and integration level.
