Scenario

I have tried printing a Royal Mail label and I am receiving a CN23 customs form instead of the CN22 form.

Solution

Royal Mail requested that Service Codes HVB, HVE, and HVD now produce CN23 customs forms irrespective of the parcel's value, even if the value is under £270.
