Shipping - Royal Mail: CN23 form is being produced instead of CN22

Scenario

I have tried printing a Royal Mail label, and I am receiving a CN23 customs form instead of the CN22 form.

Solution

Due to the changes introduced by Royal Mail regarding mandatory international customs requirements and item categorisation from 2nd June 2026, the CN22 form will no longer be produced. Instead, a CN23 form will be printed for these Orders.
