Scenario
When I try to integrate the Parcelforce integration, I get the following error message:
EnterDetailsStage: Failed to validate user details with ParcelForce
Solution
The error message indicates that the credentials used, specifically username and/or password, are incorrect.
To fix this, check that the following points are taken into consideration:
1. User name
The user name should be the same as used for Parcelforce.net expressLink and be in the following format: EL_WDMxxx.
Any other variation/format will not work.
2. Password
The password should be the same as used for the Parcelforce.net expressLink password.
Double-check that the used credentials are the same and try to integrate Parcelforce once more.
