Problem
When attempting to print a UPS label, the following error message is returned:

The error message is caused by a missing or incorrect State Province Code within the UPS integration in Linnworks.
Please review the resolution steps below based on the address used in the UPS integration:
1. For US/CA addresses:
- In order to fix this issue, go to Shipping > Integrations > Config for the required UPS integration.
- Ensure that the State Province Code field is populated with the appropriate state or province code value. This is typically a two-letter abbreviation (for example, CA for California, NY for New York).
- Save the changes and try printing once more.
2. For Non-US/CA addresses:
- In order to fix this issue, go to Shipping > Integrations > Config for the required UPS integration.
- Ensure that the State Province Code field is empty. If required, you may move it to the Address 2 or Address 3 field.
- Save the changes and try printing once more.
