Problem
I have tried printing a Deutsche Post shipping label and am seeing an error returned:
The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
Solution
The following error is returned due to non-UTF characters in the Order Address or in the Item Title fields.
The explanation behind such characters and an example: Non-UTF-8 characters are characters that are not supported by UTF-8 encoding and, they may include symbols or characters from foreign unsupported languages.
In order to resolve it, please follow these steps:
1. Open the Order in question and check that the Shipping and Billing addresses do not have such symbols. If needed, Edit the Order and delete symbols.
2. Check the Items tab on the Order for Item Title and if there are such symbols present. If needed, edit the Item Title in the My Inventory screen and delete symbols.
