Problem
I have tried printing an Amazon Direct Fulfillment shipping label and am seeing the following error returned:
Error: The packaging type: '' was not recognised. Please check the integration's config and try again.
Solution
The error message is returned due to Linnworks Order Packaging Type missing a link with Vendors Packaging.
To fix this issue, go to Shipping > Integrations > Amazon Direct Fulfillment > Properties > and map the Order Packaging Type with Vendors Packaging:
Once this is done, try to print the label again!
