Problem

During the import of Orders into ShipStation, the following error message is being returned: 

An error occurred attempting to update orders: Bad Request

Solution 

The issue is connected to the incorrect credentials used in the Linnworks Store setup. Make sure that you have entered the Linnworks account holder's credentials in ShipStation account > Account Settings > Selling Channels > Connect a Store or Marketplace.
