Problem

I have tried printing an EVRi Corporate label and am seeing an error returned:

10033: Package: 0 Invalid Customer Alert Group

Solution

If you see this error returned, please contact EVRi directly to see which value you need to use for Alert Group setting. You can change the value for this once you go to Linnworks.net > Shipping > EVRi Corporate > Config. Typically the value would be 0001 or 0002.
