Problem

I have tried printing a Deutsche Post shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

The remote server returned an error: (422) Unable to find a signature for ekp [xxxxxxxxx]

Solution

Please log in to your Deutsche Post portal and make sure you have a signature image uploaded in the corresponding section for customs purposes.
