Problem
I have tried to cancel a shipping label and am seeing an error returned:
Unable to find consignment for order XXXXX please check to see if its already been cancelled
Solution
This error appears if you attempt to cancel a shipping label for an order, but it has not been printed yet or the consignment has already been cancelled from the manifest.
Instead of trying to cancel this label, you can right-click on the Open order and select Actions > Bulk Change > Clear shipping label info to remove the error message and print the order again.
