Problem

I have tried printing a shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

You must specify at least one ID to print!

Solution

If you received this error when printing an order from Open Orders (Old) screen, then you will need to go to Linnworks.net > Orders > Open Orders (Old) screen and click on the cog button on the right side of the screen.

Then on the first tab named Open Orders, please add a numeric value that is higher than 0 to Invoice / Shipping label batch size.

This should resolve the error.
