Problem

I have tried printing an EVRi Corporate shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

10047: Package: 0 Invalid Value  

Solution

The error means the order total value or item unit cost on the order is specified as 0.00. EVRi expects a value to be supplied, so if there is a 100% discount applied to an item, or there is no unit cost added, please edit the order and add the value manually.
