Problem

I have tried printing a FedEx shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

3907: Invalid Customs Value

Solution

There are two possible scenarios of what needs to be done to resolve the error:

1. Unit cost on the order items cannot be 0. If that is the case with any order items and you see this error, please amend the prices accordingly so they would be greater than 0.

2. Some countries have a minimum acceptable value for documents and parcels, which needs to be provided, e.g. customs value must be at least $1 for Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Georgia, Indonesia, Japan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Russia, Slovak Republic, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan etc. Please ensure that at least the minimum value is supplied for the package
