Problem

I have tried printing a UPS shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

128102: Invalid or missing sold to country code 

Solution

The error means the country code is incorrect or set to UNK (Unknown). In order to resolve it go to Settings > Countries and make sure the corresponding country has the correct ISO-2 code added.
