Shipping - Deutsche Post: Product and/or service level are invalid.

I have tried printing a Deutsche Post shipping label and am seeing an error returned:
items: Product and/or service level are invalid.
The error is being returned because shipping service that is used on the order has not been enabled on Deutsche Post account used to print the label. Deutsche Post needs to be contacted in this case and they can enable the service so it can be used in Linnworks.
