Problem

I have tried printing a Deutsche Post shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

items[0]: Product and/or service level are invalid.

Solution

The error can occur in the following situations:

• Starting January 1, 2025, this error will appear if the Packet Plus (GPP) Shipping Service is selected, as Deutsche Post is discontinuing this Service. Pick another Service and try printing once more.
  
  
• The error occurs if the Shipping Service used for the Order is not enabled on the Deutsche Post account. Contact Deutsche Post to enable the Service for use in Linnworks.
