Problem

I have tried printing a DHL shipping label and am seeing an error returned:

152: Shipment Details segment Contents Conditional Required Error 

Solution

The error is being returned because the system is unable to find the value for item title field. Make sure that the item title is added on the SKU in My Inventory screen.
