When printing a Parcelforce label, there is an extra label produced that says 'Router Label Required'. Why does this label get printed?

Solution

When requesting Parcelforce labels, Linnworks is making an API call to Parcelforce and then Parcelforce is making an API call to GLS to produce a GLS router label. If that call fails, then Parcelforce will return a label stating "Router Label Required".

This label should be applied to the parcel as usual and given to the courier. At Parcelforce hub, they will know to reprint the actual router label and apply it before export.
