Rather than despatching an item as soon as possible, Amazon Scheduled Deliveries allow your customers to choose a specific day or date range for their delivery. If an order is placed with scheduled delivery, then the delivery date range selected by the buyer will be displayed on the Linnworks open order, replacing the standard despatch by date.

If you do not see this value, then make sure that the Delivery Dates option is enabled in your view settings.

You can create a view that only shows your scheduled delivery orders, by adding an Identifier filter to your General Info column
