Why Linnworks support is not answering to request?

It has been + 3weeks now that we have raised an  API related question and that we have not received a single answer and everytime we raise the problem we are told that our request has been merge with our initial request which is completely unhelpfull.

=> Why Linnworks support is not answering and nobody seems to care at all?
