Wondering if anyone else is having issues with Linnworks after orders have been processed. We batch process our orders but they do not show as dispatched on Amazon. Looking at the orders audit it seems to have something to do with trying to send up the invoices to Amazon for the new GDPR rules as this just seems to be on a repetitive loop just sending invoices to Amazon until Linnworks tech intervened yesterday but got the same problem today :(

I can see you have already reported the issue via Live Chat and it has been sorted. Could you please confirm that you are not longer experiencing this issue and your orders are getting dispatched on the channel?
