Our current process has us weighing each package (I realise there are ways to set weight and packaging 'automatically', but we will have so many exceptions as to make it not appropriate for us)
It is possible to edit the weight and dimensions of a package on the Despatch Console screen. However it is 'hidden' behind an "Info" button. While only 1 extra click, it does add what I'd say is an unnecessary layer of interface and an extra layer when compared to Linnworks Desktop which we currently use.
Weight is shown on the main screen, but it is not editable
I suggest that weight (and dimensions) are shown on the Despatch Console page and are editable
To be best able to adjust to each users requirements, I suggest that what appears on Despatch Console and what is editable is definable
