Unable to print Amazon Logistics Label

I'm unable to print Amazon logistic labels through linnworks. However it works directly through Amazon. Can you fix this asap, Please see attachment,

How did you manage to split your order from what is prime and what is 2-3 days?

Hello,

When downloading orders from Amazon, Linnworks will already know if an order is a Prime order. When this happens, Linnworks will automatically mark the order with tag number 6.
