Virtual Printer Issues

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone can help me. We have been getting the following issues with virtual printer recently (it still prints sometimes and sometimes prints some of the labels and not others. The only way to make it work when it stops printing is to log out and in again. The error is as follows:

TCP Callback failed with error:

 System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): A connect request was made on an already connected socket

   at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.EndConnect(IAsyncResult asyncResult)

   at System.Net.Sockets.TcpClient.EndConnect(IAsyncResult asyncResult)

   at LinnPrint.Controller.TcpComponent.<CallBack>d__3.MoveNext()

Hello,

There is currently an ongoing issue with virtual printer and our development team is working on it right now.

Please monitor our status page for updates: http://status.linnworks.com/

Hi thanks for that, however we have been having this issue for over a month now so not sure if its just from todays issues?

Hello,

If you are  saying that you have been having this issue for over a month, then could you  please clarify  when exactly  the issue occurs and how often it happens? We would also like to have  a screen shot  of the error if it is  different to the one you had received  before.

Thank you  in advance.

Best regards,

Ilja Lissov

HI there,

We are still having this issue, the only way we can rectify it (temporarily is to sign out and in again)

Please could someone help with this:

27/07/2018 14:18:51: TCP Callback failed with error:

 System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): A connect request was made on an already connected socket

   at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.InternalEndConnect(IAsyncResult asyncResult)

   at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.EndConnect(IAsyncResult asyncResult)

   at System.Net.Sockets.TcpClient.EndConnect(IAsyncResult asyncResult)

   at LinnPrint.Controller.TcpComponent.<CallBack>d__10.MoveNext()

Hello,

Could you please double check if port 80 is open in your firewall?

After that please try to re-install Virtual Printer Client.

Kind regards,

Julietta
