Add the option to require barcodes of each child item to be scanned in composite

This is to reduce errors in shipping so that each item in a composite has to be scanned before an order can be processed.
Ignore this. I was told it couldn't be done but the day after, when I tried, it was possible!
This is implemented in Despatch Console using the barcode setting in Open Orders >> Order Book Settings.
