If you set "offers accepted" in the configurator settings the only way of filling in the two fields is manually, this is time consuming. Offer and decline can be easily calculated outside LW / LL and imported as an extended property. This then alleviates the issue of dealing with all the people who just fire in stupid offers, leaving you to negotiate with the serious ones
