Linnworks.net Slow

Is there a problem with Linnworks.net? It's been slow for the last couple of hours. I've been deferring items on a Royal Mail manifest and each one has taken over a minute to defer. I hit defer and I just get the spinner for about a minute or 2 and then it finally defers.

Linnworks have been having major issues with users being logged out for no reason at all, unable to log in to .not and slow .not usage. They say that they have been working on it as a matter of priority but according to the status page there are still some performance issues with log in authorisation. Desktop seems to be stable and working though.

Linnworks.net seems to be loading slow again. Can't even access the open orders screen.

There were no issues reported yesterday on Linnworks.net performance nor have there been any issues with our servers, thus it is not entirely clear what exactly are you referring to. 


May I ask if you still experience the slowness issues?

Linnworks.net is painful at the moment and is a real drain on our business.  There have been outages over the last few days and today we haven't been able to print anything all day. The Linnworks status page just reports you have been investigating printing issues for the last 14 hours?

Its like that from yesterday afternoon (01.09.2016)... Its bit annoying as this is third time in this week we can't use linnworks..

Yep and the Linnworks Support page just states "investigating" for the past 15 hours.  I would have raised a support issue but since it usually takes 24 hours to get a reply there seems little point.

No sooner do I finish typing and the print server seems to be back up (for now!!)

The Virtual Printer issue is being looked into. The issue is quite complex, that's why it takes that long. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this is causing. For the time being I could suggest printing your orders via Linnworks Desktop as a temporary measure. The Virtual Printer module should be up and running soon. There will be a notification raised on status.linnworks.com once it will be back online.
