Scenario
I am trying to print the label for the (New) Parcelforce integration, but I keep receiving the following error message:
A shipping carrier error occurred: Error received from Royal Mail API: Shipper.ShippingLocationId: The shipping account's location is not active.
Solution
This error message usually appears when a new Parcelforce account has been suspended. To resolve this, you will need to contact the Royal Mail Financial Team directly.
If you continue to experience any issues after that, please create a ticket with Linnworks Technical Support and include a screenshot of the response from the Financial Team.
